Ogury is thrilled to announce that we have won in the HR & Employer Branding category at La Nuit des Rois. This award celebrates organizations prioritizing their employees, fostering a positive workplace culture, and demonstrating excellence in attracting, retaining, and engaging talent.
The grand awards ceremony will take place on May 29 in Paris, with this year's esteemed jury comprising 50 C-suite and decision-makers from renowned organizations such as Nespresso, L'Oréal, The Walt Disney Company, Figaro Media, The Trade Desk, and LVMH.
Since 2020, Ogury’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy has been driven by four major campaigns: Women's Month, Mental Wellbeing Awareness Month, Pride Month, and Movember.
In addition to these initiatives, Ogury’s strategy also includes Charitable giving (with Givsly), Global Community Days, our Standards Excellence Award, where employees can nominate the people who best embody the company’s culture and standards daily, a Competency Framework tool that enables a clear understanding of how to perform and grow within the organization, and the Manager Academy 2.0, to provide managers with critical tools to support their teams and take their managerial skills to the next level.
