From Words to Action: Pride 2025 at Ogury

At Ogury, inclusion is not just a principle—it’s a practice. Every year during Pride Month, we reaffirm our commitment to fostering a workplace where everyone feels respected, seen, and celebrated for who they truly are.

June 2025 has been no exception. Ogurians across the globe came together—virtually and in person—to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community and raise vital funds for Give Out, a charity that supports LGBTQ+ human rights activists and organizations worldwide. We deepened our commitment through a valued partnership with MyGwork, a global LGBTQ+ business network and key ally in building a more equitable workplace.

Why Pride Matters

Pride Month is more than rainbow flags and celebrations—it’s a time to recognize the ongoing struggles for equality, amplify LGBTQ+ voices, and build a more inclusive future. The statistics tell a sobering story: according to a global survey, 41% of LGBTQ+ workers have faced discrimination at work. At Ogury, we strive to be part of the change.

Pride in Action: A Month of Impact

Our global and local campaigns were designed to engage, educate, and empower our people, with a clear purpose: to celebrate identity and drive meaningful change.

Global Highlights

• Move With Pride Challenge:  Ogurians around the world took part in the Move With Pride step challenge to support LGBTQ+ rights. To join, each participant made a minimum donation of $5 to GiveOut —turning their steps into direct help for the cause.
  
• #SnapTheFlag Campaign: Sharing a selfie with Pride colors or the flag triggered a $10 donation from Ogury to Give Out. A small action with a big impact.
  

• External Speaker Series Powered by MyGwork:  Ogurians joined powerful conversations and learning sessions. Topics included:
